Pre-Purchase Surveys
It is now illegal to sell a property with an inadequate drainage system. If you're a solicitor, home-owner or interested in buying a home, then you can ask us to conduct a pre-purchase survey to ensure the home in question has an adequate system.

We are able to map out your underground drainage and determine, if any, any damage that might cause problems.
Compliance Reports
The Environmental Agency have everyone's best interests at heart. As a result they can sometimes be picky about how adequate a drainage system is and rightfully so. We can come and check this for you by comparing your system with the current Binding Rules.
